I had butter flying all over the kitchen. Then I tried adding the dry ingredients. Flourstorm!! I had to mix it in by hand until it was wet before I could use the mixer again. I wondered if, at that speed, I was completely overworking the flour and my banana bread would be too tough. Definitely returning.
