The Rapid Mixer is a simple multi-purpose kitchen accessory consisting of a whisk for whipping eggs, fresh cream, custards, mayonnaise etc. Slotted lid for catching pips or ice when serving fruit squashes, and slot with vertical fixing points for the whisk. Base for fitting over the mixer to convert into an egg yolk separator. Made in Italy.
